Submitting an enquiry

Typing in a form does not send your information. When you select Send enquiry, the business contact details and requirements you enter are sent to KANYU through Netlify Forms. Netlify stores and processes submissions for us, filters spam and sends email notifications to KANYU. This information is used to assess and respond to your request.

There is no automatic background saving to your browser storage. You can email KANYU directly instead. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Information to include

Please provide only the business information relevant to your request. Do not include payment card information, identity documents or confidential technical files in an initial form submission. The forms do not accept file uploads.

Supplier discussions may require product specifications. Before sharing confidential details or business contact information with a third party, discuss the information to be shared and any confidentiality requirements with your KANYU contact.

Using the website

No advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional tracking cookies are included in this website. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and secure the site and detect spam.

Questions or corrections

Email us to ask about the information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. Applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
